Alternative Sourdough??

If you saw our post from last week you know that Connor made sourdough bread. Well he has decided to try experimenting a bit and is attempting to make a gluten free sourdough starter as well! He is attempting this for mom and I since we are gluten intolerant. There is a chance we will be able to eat the normal sourdough since the fermentation process of the starter has been found to break down enough of the gluten bonds that some people have been telling us they can eat it. But just in case Connor didn’t want us to be left out of the sourdough goodness! So he took some of the King Arthur brand of gluten free flour called Measure for Measure and has gotten a starter going!

Connor loves to experiment with food like this. It gives him a challenge that he doesn’t normally have. We will keep you guys updated on how it goes!
